I don't know what's going on - I haven't even received an ordrer confirmation- from my January order,the last report from December looked ok however I checked it again and there are plenty of link not working anymore!Dispute open on paypal, no contact from supplier at all!

I ordered on 12th of november. my ranking for kw1 was #12-13 and kw2 was #18, as you can see in the post I made when I ordered (it is number #830 in this thread for everybody to see). i also tracked my rankings, i can prove in screenshots. the graph you are showing is from january of 2014 and my ranks haven't improved at all since november 12th.

I had to contact you in post #926 to get my report. you wouldn't respond to my pm's.

I contacted you again in post #980 and asked if there is a problem because my ranks haven't improved.

on the 06th of January I requested a refund. I never heard back. this is the first time i get to hear anything from you since.

since I requested a refund but never heard back and I gave you enough time to respond. You may have sent us additional keywords as other subdomain keywords. But the initial 3-4 keywords are what we monitor closely and add to your report.
Assuming I'm looking at the correct order, it looks like you sent us 3 keywords for your primary url and 2 of those have increased dramatically. The last keyword is still sitting at Rank 6.

I cancelled my subscription and figured I was played for a fool and counted my money paid as a loss. Today I got a call from a customer and said they found me on Google, to my surprise I am on page 3 from being virtually invisible to page 3 .

Your service is great apparently works really well, however the lack of communication is scary.

From my experience I will say to any looking to buy their packages that they are not a scam, just not very good with communication.
