3.If yes, then do I always get same domain backlinks? As far as I know only one backlink counts per domain.

1) We have both options.
2) It will not harm your webiste.
3) Monthly, you get same amount of backlibks every month.
4) Yeah, we survived Penguin 2.0
5) You will get it after 20 business days from the ticket submission date.
