Has anyone else faced similar situation with these guys?

LukaB PM'ed me, but I can't answer as I don't have enough posts. It's really frustrating because almost a month have passed and what can I see from my backlink profile -- absolutely no growth whatsoever... And now report received from them. Lot's of time wasted...

From what I see now -- very careless support and the service itself if they forget their orders and clients.

I ordered a few weeks ago hadn't heard anything. PM'ed him and raised ticket. Recieved SEO report same day and assurance that site was being worked on.

Keep in mind we take up to 20 business days to complete, and it hasn't been 20 business days, that's why no report was sent.

I raised this issue and he refunded me but the loss I have got with my site is way too much than what I paid. Even though he's having excellent service and support I will not recommend this service if you are already on page one!

Unfortunately nobody can please every single one of his clients, but it does not necessarily mean that you lost rankings due to us. There are a lot of possible reasons that are possible, previous history, recent updates (affected by your previous backlinks), changes to your site, loss of previous backlinks and such, I'm just pointing several examples out.
I am sorry it didn't work out while many of our clients have top results.
