I cannot say people were not affected. We deal with a lot of clients and obviously someone will be affected, but it is a very small minority(as far as I'm aware of, ONLY 3-4 Of our clients got hit, might be a little more than that), but those others are still ranking strong and increasing. Even after the update, people use AuraRank (I speeded up a project for my site to see if results are there) and yes, IT STILL WORKS GREAT :)

Got my first report on the 1st of october. My rankings then where

keyword1: 33
keyword2: 66
keyword3: NA

I ordered another package after the first one was complete and it has been complete for week or so now. Decided to finally update rankings.

Current rankings are

keyword1: 47
keyword2: 99
keyword3: 154

Keyword 3 has seen an increase but the others are still sitting lower then where they previously where. Kind of confused by that. They where actually ranking much much worse (100's and higher) up until the second package was complete then they jumped up to 47 and 99. Main keyword still jumping around from 47-52 so I may just be in a much longer dance then normal. Just very confusing. My keywords are actually not that tough either have a couple of sites that have a few backlinks and one of them only has a video not even related to my keywords lol. Gonna keep pushing on but so far I am just confused as to whats going on. I keep telling myself its some kind of google dance but been over a month and still no upwards movement from previous positions. Any idea lucka? Thanks

keyword 1- 26
keyword 2 - 58
keyword 3 - 146

Not sure if its the first order I placed a couple months ago giving me the boost up right now or if its the newest order that was just completed about 12 days ago. Either way I am just glad I saw an increase. Hopefully it was just the first order kicking in fully and the second order has yet to give me the final boost

We do white-hat SEO, which takes a bit longer to rank, but they stick better! :) It is normal to see a dance for a long time, and I'm PRETTY SURE Your rankings will increase a lot more.

Why no work results are seen on my campaign although quite many days have passed and why you're ignoring my support tickets?
 
Has anyone else faced similar situation with these guys?

LukaB PM'ed me, but I can't answer as I don't have enough posts. It's really frustrating because almost a month have passed and what can I see from my backlink profile -- absolutely no growth whatsoever... And now report received from them. Lot's of time wasted...

From what I see now -- very careless support and the service itself if they forget their orders and clients.
