hey, i purchased Youtube "Super Damn Fast Absolute High Retention YouTube Views" from your site, but a few minuites after i submited the link. Youtube Removed the Video for Violating Terms & Service. http://prnt.sc/d9sw90
i quickly sent a message to the support, but the problem is, support is not replying. and it kept sending Views to a DEAD link, today i got a mail saying the order is completed and i logged in to your panel and saw that it's finnished. http://prnt.sc/d9swdn

the video is already "dead" http://prnt.sc/d9sw90 why did it keep sending Views ?, also the support still haven't replied it's already 24 Hours.
i basically just spent $42 for nothing.


pls check my order and is there any possibility for getting refund for my balance?
