Hi Mate,
Ok, so we have spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the hell is going on here and I am happy to report that we have found the issue.
You are not the first and only person that reported a 0% Retention and so this has forced us to delve in deeper.
The problem is that your stats as well as the other clients who reported 0% are disabled. When the stats are disabled, YouTube cannot read or report on this hence the 0% retention.
Do me a favour and post the screenshot of your stats here mate.
I have multiple screenshots taken to prove this if you don't believe this as well.
Furthermore, with regards to the mobile views, please read my long post 3 posts above as I have explained in depth why this happened. Only a handful of people had this issue and as I mentioned I will rectify this without a problem.
Hope this makes sense as to why the retention shows 0% mate and yes, mobile views are shite, I agree and so I admit my mistake 100% in that some videos got mixed up whilst we are working on the proxy issues.
I can assure you and everyone else that the mobile views will not slip in again as we now know where to look going forward.
Hope this post eases your mind a bit and helps you understand as to why the retention is showing as 0%.
UPDATE:
Guys, please make sure you read above.
If you disable your stats, you will see a 0% retention from our views so please be aware of this. This however does not mean that there is no retention. Just have a look at the TOTAL WATCH TIME to confirm that the video was in fact watched at length.
Any further questions and I am happy to help.
