Mate you can split views, but the minimum per URL for Mobile High Retention views is 10,000 views.

Please note that this does not apply to a review copy though.

I bought 10k high retention views, and I received 40k views. Now for the BAD news, when I search my video on youtube, it still only shows with the views I started with. On my channel it still only says the views I started with. It still says only 16 minutes of my video has been watched. So idk maybe OP can explain and then I could revise my review. As of now i'd have to say beware of illlegitimate of views. No pun intended.
