I feel I have held off as long as I can on this Customer service used to be great with Matija. The past couple of months has seen me constantly chase things up; support tickets, BHW pm....I have business to run & choose this service to SAVE me time, not COST me time.


I'm not even getting an acknowledgement on this thread

Hi all.

All PMs are answered and all is sorted as of today - if not - please follow up with PM and I will reply.
I am getting 20-30 PMs daily so I could miss something.
As of updates - within 2 weeks we will be fully re-opening finally.
I am in process of searching for support manager - but this time we will limit our service to only few dozens - this is to keep everything as it should be, not like before when we outgrow ourselves.
Instead of no reports - we will re-introduce reports to all members as well.
Thank you for all the amazing support - please do note that all current members will have priority of entering new system.
I will do everything in my power to re-create much better and fail proof personal support system with free consulting included.

After BH2.0 failed i was put on bh3.0, also failed. I then joined the private one epic fail. My clients gone down in serps majorly, very little contact and then blamed on onsite seo depsite the onsite seo being what was recomended + unique descriptions/meta descriptions and titles on each and every product and a added blog with themed real technical and non-technical posts on the subject.

I would of recomended bh1.0 but post panda none of these services have had any benfit for me.

You really need to work on your customer support! It's so difficult to reach out you people.

I need to followup on my projects with you. The last time I'm on Skype with Bart was 1st of August and I'm still waiting for what you have promised. In fact when I check in ahrefs I do not see any link built for my URL. What is going on?

If you are not able to cope with the old order, why are you opening up new service at the "Big White Winner". Please, let me know if you want to work on my project otherwise let's sort things out. My project is on hold, waiting for you, since June 2012! 3 months is a long time.

i have waited months and months through many of ur broken promises and still have not had any of the work done that u promised or even replied to. i gave it many many chances, was very patient after being a customer since BH1.0, but now i just want a refund for the months of work that was not completed yet payment was made for. please contact me urgently to arrange this. very disappointed.

I have to admit that I'm in the same case. Many promise of works to catch up but still no reports... I'm really having hard time to find a reliable service... So far my different experiences are not so good.

So, I have cancelled this service after being a Blackhole member since the BH1.0 days..After spending hundreds of dollars, i wasn't too happy with the results. To me, It seems bart has oversold his services to more than he can handle, also he have created few other service thread as well.

He does communicate by PM and support ticket, but some time it takes quite a while to get a reply from him. Also, as you can see there isn't much update on what is happening and what is the future plans for this services. There is no real evidence from my side to see work is being done to my keywords as there is no reports, No ranking improvements, etc..

A lot of empty promises at the moment and I am not convinced to stay longer with this services. I am moving on..

how about addressing the rest of us customers whom paid u considerable amounts too??

since ur last promise (of the many promises since april) of 2 months free work, which i replied to but again u didnt come through on, i have heard nothing despite sending u PMs on multiple occasions and being assured by BHW mods that u were going to address 'ALL' concerns within a couple weeks, that was over a month ago!

like i said above, i just want a refund for the work that wasnt done for months and no more unfulfilled promises. its ridiculous i have to keep coming back here and asking!

I also have 3 sites with him for as many as 6 months that have seen no movement at all. They are supposedly still being worked on, but no top 100 rankings after all this time for some EASY keywords. Very disappointing.
