We are sending all reports within an email now - download section at this stage is way to messy - so we are just sending them with email which is much better imho.

ExtraWinner, when you get a chance can you explain the small black hole package in a bit more detail? I subscribed about 3 weeks ago and I'm not sure what indicates when I'm supposed to change keywords or when my entered keywords are processed. Thanks.

You can change url/keywords once a month - but you can use up to 2 urls and 4 keywords each month
Just edit your profile page for it

I got my reports today.
I would like to sugest to normalize you file naming.
If each file will start with yyyy-mm-dd - dd we will never have sorting issue as this is the defaults in all computers.
With today naming (or dates) that you are using you need to write a sorting script or its a mess.

i think i got a google penalty.

Everythign was going for the best, i was on the constant rise for my 3 keywords and was averging 700 visits a day from organic searches from google. This only lasted 3 days. Now out of nowhere since 3h00 PM yesterday my traffic dropped instantly back to 20 visits a day, and all my keywords are in the 70s.

I even rank 27th for a EMD search, where i used to be 1st even in the old days where i was getting barely any traffic. and i dont rank when i search for a unique phrases of my website.

please advise, you're the only seo service im using....did i get a google penalty?

Extrawinner, I also sent you a PM the other day regarding being overcharged. I ordered 1 Blackhole 2.0/3.0 package, but have been billed for two packages the past 2 months (May and June, $394 overcharge).

I had discussed this with bulldog who said everything was fine, but checking my PayPal statement, I see I was indeed overcharged. Please check into this right away. Thank you.

I see only 3 reports submitted on 14-20.05.2012. On 21-27.05.2012, I see 7 reports submitted. Today is 17 of June, And I am yet to see any more updates on the rest of the reports. Will you be adding the missing reports? I thought New reports are added every 2 weeks?

So, recently there was the offer of customization, and now there is a message that Black Hole 3.0 is closing and a new service will be replacing it? What am I supposed to do? Open a ticket for 'customization' or wait for the email which is supposed to have a link to the completely new service for 1 URL and up to 10 keywords?

My supposed renewal date is in 6 days and I've never received a report. I assume work has been done because sites were dancing but starting to recover.

However, the lack of communication with all members of this service really overshadows any work that may or may not have been done.

I will likely be going back to a service that has proven most effective for me in the past. Just have been trying out various services over the past couple months, and at least I received proof of work from those even if they weren't very effective.
