Bart, my download area is really messy. Its making me very difficult to download the reports. Please do something about this.

This is what I see in the downloads area..Its arranged according to the numbers starting from the smallest to biggest..And the months are jumbled up.

UPDATE: My traffic today is around 500, and all my 3 keywords are ranked (6,5,5) , If you guys can get me to the top 3 in a few weeks or months, that would be awesome. I aim for 1,000 UV's a day.

Blackholeseo is really an amazing service. I started to lose faith but after 3 months, results are there.

I have a question about 2 urls and 4 keywords.

If i only use 1 url and 2 keywords, do i lose 50% of the package value? or will you work 2x harder on my only url than you would on each urls if i supplied 2?

We will work 2 x harder on those keywords/url. You can simply submit the same keywords twice

Finally after few days I managed to clean Support Ticket area.

If you didnt got answer from your Ticket - let me know ticket number as I cant see anymore open.

Please - as many people as possible to optin for our customization reports - we need at some stage to shift all our customers to it and it will save us work if we can simply slowly move over 2 weeks all of you

Today I am sending 150 reports to our customers. If in 3 hours you wont get your reports - open a support ticket and I will try to find them or simply we will re-do all the work and add some bonus

Once again I am sorry for all issues. As you know - this was bit unexpected but we are back on track and no reports will be lost - please do use support tickets to communicate with us.

I am available few hours each day on Skype too and from tomorrow we are back to providing support through email.

I got my reports today.
I would like to sugest to normalize you file naming.
If each file will start with yyyy-mm-dd - dd we will never have sorting issue as this is the defaults in all computers.
With today naming (or dates) that you are using you need to write a sorting script or its a mess.

i think i got a google penalty.

Everythign was going for the best, i was on the constant rise for my 3 keywords and was averging 700 visits a day from organic searches from google. This only lasted 3 days. Now out of nowhere since 3h00 PM yesterday my traffic dropped instantly back to 20 visits a day, and all my keywords are in the 70s.

I even rank 27th for a EMD search, where i used to be 1st even in the old days where i was getting barely any traffic. and i dont rank when i search for a unique phrases of my website.

please advise, you're the only seo service im using....did i get a google penalty?

Extrawinner, I also sent you a PM the other day regarding being overcharged. I ordered 1 Blackhole 2.0/3.0 package, but have been billed for two packages the past 2 months (May and June, $394 overcharge).

I had discussed this with bulldog who said everything was fine, but checking my PayPal statement, I see I was indeed overcharged. Please check into this right away. Thank you.

I see only 3 reports submitted on 14-20.05.2012. On 21-27.05.2012, I see 7 reports submitted. Today is 17 of June, And I am yet to see any more updates on the rest of the reports. Will you be adding the missing reports? I thought New reports are added every 2 weeks?
