Oh, they'll still take your money. Good luck getting any traffic or service from it. Check out the constant "this is non-refundable" warnings everywhere on their site.

There seems to be an issue with buying credits. Bought credits about 5 hours ago but haven't received them still, or even a confirmation mail. Usually it takes less than a minute to get the credits. Only shows up in my account as "Unpaid", even though paypal says it was successfully paid. o: Purchased more credits afterwards and it was successful, but the other credits are still missing.
