It's normal you bought a service with "Mixture of d0follow and Nofollow Links"
There's the only d0follow option.

He clearly states on his website that the nofollow/do follow ratio is 5-10%.

You don't want to only get do follow backlinks, it scream manipulation. Memme's mix ratio is spot on for a natural look.

I use his service a few times a week for my own sites and clients. Top knotch seller, one of my favorite.
