Just 1% of our customer were effected.

There is no correct analysis what the triggers were so there is no guide how to remove this penalty.

what tips should we give ??

we are sorry to tell you, but there is no exact and known way by now how to remove the penguin 2.1.
Some guys are trying different tacticts but the is no 100% correct way how to avoid the penguin 2.1 triggers.

If someone can provide a good way how to remove we would like to offer a solution how to remove the penguin, but there is no by now.

We alway try to satisfy our customers by 100%. Thats our main goal !
