@ceosam We've actually eliminated the ranking guarantee. Generally as long as your site meets the guidelines we've outlined at the end of the sales copy your website will see improvement. We're successful on about 99% of the orders if they met those guidelines. To date I think we've issued less than 10 refunds for the reason that we couldn't increase rank.

2. Yes, the blog posts stay live unless the site is deindexed...or in one instance we had several sites hacked and had to move to a new server because our host was bad.

There is always risk with pointing any links at a website from a network or even public places. The question is balancing the risk with what you are comfortable with and how important the site is you need to rank. For most people here that use our services ranking outweighs the value of their domain as most just do a redirect to a new domain if something happens as it is faster to rank. We do 25-50 keywords per URL.

@donReba We don't track DA or PA as you manipulate them much easier than PR although if Google eliminates PR then we'll need to use these standards. We can pump up a domain to PA and DA 50-60 pretty easily with xrumer and scrapebox, but the PR of the site is still 0.
