Not sure it's a good idea, my website is totally new (less than 20 backlinks) and i have submitted only 1 anchor keyword.

Typically, how long do the results of this service last? For example, if your service puts me at #3 on Google, how long will it stay this way, provided that no other websites make any substantial moves on the same keyword and everything stays basically the same otherwise?
