I see, it is first time I heard "mikey" being rude!!!! I have innumerable times communicated to him he never got angry, he even took the matter easily even if with silly problems. Similarly like Santos he also joke and we enjoyed. I was waiting to listen the excuse from Mikey. Now it explains all.

BTW, I am not a hired flattering man of Mikey.:) But a customer for 2 years.Even after hearing my confession on how I came to know about CS, sure not a legitimate way, that time he also did not be rude.

As much as I love the tool and use it daily / need the tool.

His customer service is extremely impatient and condescending to a large degree. Even belittle's me for not knowing how to get the tool to work correctly.

I had reached out to gsa a few weeks ago with a problem I was having with gsa not functioning and being stuck on pinging sites for a good week or so without moving no matter what I did.

The gsa customer service guy remote connected to my rig, went through all the settings and had even taken the time to optimize my gsa campaigns so they ran more efficiently. All without me even asking the guy to help me in those ways, he just went above and beyond to assist.

I need the tool, otherwise the customer service experience I just had alone would have me asking for a refund and blacklisting him in my books. But he would probably say, who cares.

sorry dude, what will a noob do with a captcha breaking tool and gsa? you are the next guy flamming around that your site is getting a google penalty cause you do not have a damn understanding of this!!!

next fail! you ask for a live support on saturday, even when the program is obv running and working but not with GSA.
gsa is a competitor of cs and you want him to make his tool run with the competitors software?

are you serious?

Kinda depends on which version of Scrapebox you are using.

In the older version, you simply select de-captcher.com as your solver and then enter anything into the username and password fields (in scrapebox)

In the new version you can select CS as the solver.

Delete your .lic and .all file, rerun CS and resend the license request code. If all else fails, feel free to contact me via skype ~ imbotz ~ for real time support.

amen brother .. and I was not even rude, he took something I said totally out of context and then started going psycho on me :)
 
I am finding certain guesses are coming up wrong, is there a way to edit the correct answer so it gets it right?

Without seeing myself, its hard to say, but its likely one of two things happening:

-The captcha type is not yes set up in Captcha Sniper and Captcha Sniper is trying to solve it based on another captchas algorithm. Also , the same thing happens here if the detection by CS is incorrect, which can happen when very similar captcha types have different algorithms.

-The algorithm simply failed. This can be a normal part of it not getting 100% on every captcha on earth (a dream!) or it could be something else like the captcha has changed in some way.

Anyway, lots of variables as you can see :)

CS has been in continual development for more than 3 years now ... and the next release will be a BIG ONE :)
 
hi there... i have problem when requesting lic... it says enjoy 5 days trial. In fact,
i bought it since 2012, but the email that i used to buy is a domain email which was expired. Is the email that i use to req license matter ?
 
I just got a new laptop
How do i proceed to activate my license ? In fact what's the download link ?
The problem is, the other PC is dead !

Bought it on june 1th 2013

Have you update the payment processir that you used with your new info so that i can be referenced that way. I just need some sort of proof of payment, thats all :)
