I can confirm that my Captcha Sniper is working now, and I have begun using it today.

So far I ran 261 CAPTCHAs through it with a 92% attempt rate and fairly good success rate
I am extremely satisfied with my investment considering it was a one time cost, thank you!

I have one small question regarding captcha sniper:
Can I make the service availiable on LAN, cause my small seo tools and catchasniper runs on a KVM machine (10.0.0.7)?

Ultimate Demon needs more power, so I have my licence bound on my PC (core i7) ...
I tried to route the captcha API IPs via hosts file, but however it doesnt work:

Yes you can easily have CS on a machine acting a 'server' of sorts. Youll want to make sure that your client machines as well as the apps on them are set to use de-captcher and the hosts file should be modified just like it is on the cs machine. Then of course on each client machine youll simply point to the local ip of the cs machine in the host file. Youll also want to make sure that port 80 traffic is to the cs machine is workable on your internal network ... might need to config firewalls and routers for this.

Your attempted rate will depend on what type of captchas you run accross. If you are targetting some well supported types, then you'll of course get a high rate. If you are hitting targets that heavily use recaptcha, then its going to be lower.

I see you have solved roughly 500k out of 1 million. Since recpatcha accounts for about 50% of all captchas served on the web, this stat is very much inline with expectations.

Regarding your screenshot, Id like you to take a look at the info and data in the left hand column regarding the success rate for the captcha which was detected:

Here we have Drupal at 21%, Burning Board at 13% and Plogger at 16%.

So none of the ones in question have a very good solve rate and could easily come up with a no answer result.

If you really think there is a problem, just save your captchas and then do a quick visual audit by looking at the captchas in the saved captchas folder which will have the answer given saved as the filename

Thanks. I will definitely look into this tonight. But just out of curiosity, if you refer back to my screenshot above, the 4 captchas listed there seems to have "No Answer". What does that mean exactly and how can I resolve this? THose captchas are definitely not recaptcha and it seems to be pretty straight-forward to me. Nothing too hard to read etc. Thanks.

I am getting lots of tesseract.exe errors/crashes and I am using Captcha Sniper X4.01 with GSA. Is there any tweaks that can be done to solve this problem or is it just a feature?

No answer means that the OCR came up with nothing ... a zero length string. Actually, with the exception of the drupal ones shown, those are pretty difficult. Especially the burning board. The one thing to remeber though, is that you have CDK at your disposal to improve anything you might find that needs it

Quick question about Captcha Sniper since I started using it a few days ago

I noticed that Recaptcha success rate is 0%, which is fine, but the only problem is that the program takes 1.5s to try to solve it anyway.
I already set it to only try to solve with success rate >8% but it is still wasting 1.5s every time trying to solve the Recaptcha

How can I make it skip them?

What is going on? My license now says it is expired after I re-opened captcha sniper
I did not change anything, and the code for the transaction ID is the exact same, yet it says the license file I have is invalid

Edit: Got a new license and it works now, no idea what happened as the old one with the same transaction ID stopped working

With ESET and Avira it's impossible to use.

With ESET Smart Security I can't even download the zip file - it's blocked.
When I use HostsMan and I add malware domains I get no internet connection,
but only on the machine where CS is running.

You have to add exceptions for CS
