Ive already fixed the Ucenter issue and will publish a fix in the next day or two, in the meantime, you can patch your database with this one and Ucenter will work as advertised:

As to a Tesseract.exe crash, thats strange since this isn't used but in 1 instance out of the 600+ captcha types which are supported. Can you please send me more information to support email at [email protected].

That zip file seems to be corrupt. I will send you a screenshot next time it crashes.

I have the same problem, but in a VPS with Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard. I'm running just GSA and CS.

Can you check your email Lincense@?? ive been trying to install Captcha sniper for 5days with email going back and forth. I have 3 C-sniper with you and im getting concerned on the customer service. My email adress is [email protected]??
 
I have install from link given above .... not upgrading installing on pc.... fresh.
getting this it says no value given for required parameters 2147217904 when I try to run it

There was old version installed, now have install it again .... but it close after opening within 3,4 seconds

Seems an older exe is somehow floating around in the archives ... Ill be uploading a new one momentarily. Those issues were resolved with the final release.

UPDATE: YES IN FACT THE MEDIAFIRE DOWNLOAD HAD NOT BEEN UPDATED, but both files now on the site and media fire have been updated to 4.01, and a more formal update will be rolled out later this week :)

Actually, as Ive been replying to you in rougly 8 hours or less each time. On sunday, I sent you a patched exe. Im not sure why you didnt install this as I asked ... but I remoted into your servers just now, did exactly as I asked you to do on Sunday, which was just to replace an .exe and its working like a champ! :)

Sorry to say that the ONLY way to produce this error is by installing OVER the OLD version :) For the issue of it closing right after launching ... this is due to the fact that a CRACKED version was installed on the machine at some point. So you'll need to search for and delete activelock3.6.dll on your machine and THEN do a fresh install into a NEW FOLDER :)
 
I seem to have some problem with CX 4
I can start it from within GSA SER but when i do a test it says "Error Login was not successful"

EDIT :
Uninstalled it with CC cleaner and then reinstalled -- now all ok

Just to let you know i get "can't reach the server" when i check for updates.
So don't know if it's on your end or mine Mikey ?

Installed latest version and still having issues on Win 7. Lags a lot, and never starts from the 1st time. Runs on the 2nd start only.
Also, I seem to be getting around 50% success because it tries to solve Recaptcha even though I have not ticked "Try to solve unknown Captchas" and have set it to try to solve captchas only if success rate is over 15%.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
 
Where can I see the overall success rate? I do see number of attempts in % on the bottom tho.

Its common that you would seek support via the standard avenue ~ email or skype ~ [email protected] or imbotz :)

There is no 'overall success rate'. CS has no idea if the given answer is corrent or not so all that can be counted is the # of attempts vs the # of non-attempts.

Well in that case, based on the 'captcha history' on X4, a lot seems to be way off then? I am not sure if they got accepted at all. How can we improve this? Thanks in advance.
