Yes, same problem with mine too.
Can't really send any details.

What happen with mine was I set my GSA threads at 200.
CS was solving it smoothly.

But when I log back about 4-6 hours later, CS would eat up a lot of CPU.
There are several occasions that it was eating up so much CPU that it severely lag my VPS till I can't connect through with Teamviewer. The VPS' provider have to step in to disable GSA and CS for me to log back in.
Then there are other times when I let it run overnight in my VPS and when I log back on, CS hanged and wasn't solving at all.

Did you manage to get anywhere with this? I've been having this problem and it's costing me a fortune in DBC every time it happens. Sometimes more than $100 overnight as it's running on multiple PCs/Servers and often crashes on each one at some point through the night...

Not sure why you are posting this just now ... we chatted on skype and you indicated that the next time it happens, you will ping me on skype so that I can take a look...??

How are you determining that CS is eating CPU? Task Manager is not even the best for this. Create a perfmon profile and attach it to CS. Not to knock GSA, its a great product, but its the one notorious for eating CPU. As far as it hanging ... again, how are you making this determination? Not to say its not possible that its happening, but Ive yet to see an instance of it myself. The last time I logged in with a reported hang, CS was doing fine, it was GSA that was hanging. You can always double click a captcha in the right hand pane and perform the integrated self test to see if CS is responding or not.

As always, contact support so I can assist you resolve whatever might be the issue. Just today a user was having the same issue and it ended up being VC++ runtimes that needed to be installed.

Yes I spoke with the very helpful support and it seems fine now. In fact it hasn't crashed so he couldn't do anything about it. We agreed that when it does crash, I'll just leave it along and he can login and diagnose the problem. Have you contacted support?

Think you have me mixed up with someone else as I don't have you on Skype ;) Will shoot you an email to support though. Just thought I'd check with the user experiencing similar issues to avoid submitting an unnecessary support request.

My Review:
Had some minor issues setting it up, then got tech support and it works like a charm, it doesn't solve all captchas, but does solve the vast majority. Service 10/10 : Value for money: 10/10. A wise investment:)

I just sent an email about this. My computer crashed last night and when I turn it back on and try to run captcha sniper, it says my license is invalid.

All support emails have been sent. I dont recall seeing one regarding this. If you haven't received a reply, try support[at]captchasniper.com instead.

Yes, this shouldnt be a problem.

I get a tesseract.exe error from Sniper every 30 minutes or so. A day would mean around 40 or so errors which I have to painstakingly click "x" everytime I check my VPS. This has also happened on my work PC.

How do I remove this?

never mind, i found answer on question i was asking
