1. andrei logged into my VPS and made the changes he thought would rectify the situation
2. the VPS provider had to fix a licence issue
so once both of those were completed fired up UD and CS
and what do you know - still doesn't work - it won't solve any captcha with numbers and letters
...... can't comment on the freezing issue as has only been going 5-10 minutes.
So will will wait and see what's next.

my CS just stopped working all together. Doesn't do anything when open anymore. What's up?
That is the second problem I am having as well .. Waiting on the software to be updated to fix this.
So is this software still working? Is it really buggy? I was thinking about buying.
How is the ubot integration?

Ok Danny, this is why I asked to fix that issue first. I will log on again tommorow and fix the issue entirely. Today i am out all day but everything will be fixed

If everything is set up correctly it works just fine. uBot is copatible with Captcha Sniper

Yes, it works great .. saves lots of money and bandwidth for our users. The problem with this sales thread is that it has turned into a technical support thread. For example, if you read the last few posts, you'll see its mostly technical support questions which should be routed to us directly. For every post you see asking a technical question, there are probabaly 10-20 sales that havent posted which have no problems running the software.
It can be a little labor intensive to set up and use .. especially if you decide to forgo reading the users guide
It works great with UBot, just ask Manny from Traffik Buster and all of his users.

Just got Captcha Sniper, and it's a great tool. Besides the greatness, it's also incredibly easy to use which makes CS great for just anybody!
Next to that their support is amazing, I got what I asked for in a matter of minutes.
Can't do anything else but praise this tool

Bought this tool last week sometime...anyone who uses Scrapebox IT WORKS AMAZINGLY...Scrapebox is running 100% of the time on one of my computers for link building purposes. This Sniper Captcha has already easily paid for itself with as many runs I do for clients a day! Great software and I have had absolutely no problems with it! No bugs, glitches, or even crashes! Highly recommended I was skeptical (because some people had been complaining) but it is definitely worth EVERY penny you spend on it!

Please OP, i have been trying to make payment with my debit card (which i have been using on other payment processors without problem) in plimus but is not going through. Could you please give me alternative payment processor ( not paypal as my country is not on their list) preferably 2checkout.

This's software can auto captcha with Related KW Scraper V1.3 used for get related keyword from google, isnt' it ?

Well it has 60 built in types and there is a thread in here that adds an additional 32 types, so thats 92 types right there off the bat (which to date, no other software of this kind offers this many and with these features) , and with Captcha Destruction Kit you can your own captcha types very easily

Great product, it's worked fantastic for me with the built in captchas! But I do have a problem. I used captcha destruction and added a new captcha type. CS works fine for like ten captchas with this new type, then the new image kind of freezes and it won't accept new images. This results in no more solving. Is there any way to solve this?
