well, the average solve time also depends on what you submit to and what captcha type it needs to solve. So that can vary from one situation to another. The solve speed has been improved I can guarantee that. And the average time you just mentioned is good actually.

I got 3,2 seconds average solve time with AMR for example

So your time is a decent average solve time

We will probably implement and auto-update feature but we where working hard on a few other features that is why Mikey didn't have time to implement this feature yet

Awesome great news, thanks! Ive been running the program all day today with a HUGE set of AMR blasts, average time 3 to 5 seconds easy. I'm really loving how much money I'm saving. CS gets my vote for app of the year 2011

I carefully read the manual and it stresses "You must run Captcha Sniper as Admin in Windows XP compatibility mode for Vista and Win 7 users "

So... I ask myself "Is Windows Server 2003 'Vista' or 'Windows 7'?"

And I decide it is not, and do not make the changes suggested before running it.

I guess I need to start over...

Yes, but in your manual, it appears those settings are for Vista and Windows 7 users.

Anyway, I uninstalled reinstalled then set all users to run as admin / xp (sp2)

Started the app, sent the code off for a new license key., popped that in the folder... started the app again... and it still doesn't completely work. A few captcha types test ok others don't. testing with the html tester non-working types show responses like 200|593430|1539|0|0|unknown

double clicking in right pane of program returns error "Invalid procedure call or argument-5"

currently running nhseo with types 16 and 30 ticked in CS. I see the captchas appearing, but none are solved. Checked the registry for bad files mentioned in the manual.

This is not normal. The path to go when you experience bad results should be the following:

run regedit and look for the following keys:

- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment\PATH
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment\TESSDATAPREFIX

in case these 2 keys exist, delete them please and try again.

Run the test again and if it still gives bad results then it means you would have to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package.

I would like to ask everyone with run time error 5 to send an email to support and Mike will get back to you as soon as he gets online in order to get it fixed.
