Finally got my emails the other day about my backups being on hostwinds. I followed the directions... and there were no domains on my accounts (I have a couple of accounts, and there are over 60 total domains on them both). So I created a ticket, got told I was being referred to the CEO. The next day I received an email stating that that was a lot of domains and that I will need to call him to talk about this.

So I am now going to call. Not to happy at this point.

And extrawinner... you never did respond to people asking what you are going to do for those that have unlimited hosting (no more fees basically).
 
EW - I've PMd you, please respond, I was on monthly hosting, would like backups if possible. Cheers

I stated multiple times - there is new server ready for all Yearly members.
I actually said that probably 10 times in last 2 weeks.
You need to contact me if you are yearly/lifetime member for server details.

I have managed to get some of my sites back up. But Hostwinds is having a hard time being able to find them on their servers and they are not showing up in my account. We are currently trying to locate them so I can back them up.

Extrawinner, I will message you as I need to move them to anonymous offshore hosting, as I have 2 lifetime hosting.
 
Just finished speaking to Hostwinds, they cannot add all my files to their account so I can FTP in because I have a reseller account thru Extrawinner. They said the only way to do it would be for me to pay to have a reseller account ($50). The bigger issue is that I originally got this for the anonymous offshore hosting accounting, which Hostwinds isnt, plus I cannot violate Hostwinds rules (nor would I want to).

So Extrawinner, I just need to be able to get all my files and back them up. So I will need ALL my accounts moved to the new anonymous offshore hosting immediately please.
 
i am tired for all problems about your hosting. The New polland server is acting weird. checked with host tracker Received responses: 35 Ok 19 Fail. can't install wordpress theme/plugin directly. sometimes i can't access my site.

when you will get the German server? is it too difficult to get the server installed. come on bart, pay attention to this matter.

i am sorry but this is annoying.

Hey there

I moved mine to offshore after last nightmare over xmas till 17th jan. I split them up on different hosts, rather than keep all eggs in one basket and suffer next time.
look up koddos hosting and xsltel hosting for superfast great uptime offshore hosting with live support.
 
As someone with a 3 year account, I need to be moved to the new servers. I'm still on hostwinds but don't want to pay them for hosting when I've already paid you guys for 3 years.

Thanks for noticing.. sure i'll do that. currently i am using 3 different hosting providers, but they are for my whitehat sites.
 
Hi all.

German server will be ready anytime soon - I am still waiting for software installation to finish.

If anyone have issues with Polish server - contact me by PM and I will look in to this ASAP.
Today all the work should be finished and all issues finally fixed.

If anyone have any issues/problems - contact me by PM please.
