I think I am the old dutch server. Its been spotty for 2 weeks and just plain down for 3-4 days now.

Hi guys.
Fats update - Spamhaus Project took down all our servers in all DCs.
For some reason they are sending emails to our DCs saying we are organized crime and spam hosting.
They wont reply to me and they are just bullying us to be honest.
I was thinking about legal actions - but who will wait months until they unblock us?
All data is safe - I am working on Dutch server for DC to allow me to fetch all data. I am still waiting for French server to let me know if they will enable our hosting.
I am sorry for all inconvenience - but against organization like Spamhaus - not much can be done...

Thanks EW, while the situation is not good for us, it is pretty damaging for you as well. I take it we will have to move our sites to a different host, based on the spam problem not looking like having a quick fix?

I am in talks about backup files with our DC.
Dutch server hopefully will give us files by tomorrow and French too.
All users that paid yearly - I will be getting 5-10 servers spread around multiple DCs to serve you and keep low profile.
All monthly users - the only option probably here will be cancelling subscription and moving to new host - we are in talks with large hosting company to provide exclusive coupon to all our monthly customers.
New users - from now on we will not accept new users. Only yearly members will be kept within system of VPS servers.
I am sorry guys - but there is no other way to handle this... Our domain and nameservers are blacklisted as "Organized crime and spam", so we cannot keep working on it as it is now... Waiting for starting new system and hoping for not getting blacklisted again is just not right. So from now on no new members, only yearly members will be able to use our private infrastructure.

No worries - we will fulfill our promises about 3 years hosting for all.
We will simply not accept new members, wont allow monthly memberships anymore and keep low profile as a "members only club" not hosting company.
We are under fire from Spamhaus and we cannot do anything when we are as we are now.

Good man i know it kills ur business but i rather see it private and Down low for the good people. hope everything works out. just a quick qustion when will i be able to get a back up of my website to get onto the new servers? also i guess ill have to change my domain name host?
