Alright, first time subscribing to your hosting plans. How do I change the Nameservers over? Or what should I do after buying hosting? I have no idea what to do since I mostly use HG for WH stuff.

Hi all,

I bought the Master plan about 10 days ago.

Just wanted to say if you were considering getting this hosting - the process was painless, the servers load quickly, and when I needed support to help me they did so within 15 minutes.

Top notch so far :)

it is now more than 24 hours, still i can not login and don't know what is the name server to point.

I currently have monthly Master Plan, how much would it cost to go yearly? Any discount, or would it simply be 12 x 9.95?

Plan Master for the year is $99 :)
So you'd get a discount of $20.40 off the 12 x 9.95

Sounds good, I'm looking to go for that sometime in the future. I'd like to mention that this service is like quality service as you'd get from HG, but it's offshore!

On a side note, do you guys do host migrations?

Hmm, hosting seems to be down for quite a while now. Can you get it fixed ASAP? Thanks!
 
How long does it take to get the ordered domain registered? The usual 24 hours?

Unfortunately we aren't a domain registrar - we can only host your sites :)
However when you order hosting from us it's virtually immediate, once you pay your acc is created, you get welcome emails and thats it
