Here is a method for anyone to pay anonymously with paypal (for those of you who want extra security):

Go to any major super market, cvs, rite-aid...ect and buy a GreenDot Money Pak. You must pay in CASH and may load up to $500 on one moneypak. The moneypak itself costs $4.95 on top of however much you are loadin

You take your moneypak card(which has a number) and go to paypal. You create a new paypal account with whatever fake info you want and you load money onto it from the MoneyPak (up to $250). Bam! you have a paypal account able to spend up to $250 with no paper trail. For added security, use a VPN to setup and log into the paypal account. You can make as many fake paypal accounts as you want, the only limit is that each one can only have a max of $250 per year loaded onto it.
