Quick Update:

We are getting back with VPS sales really, really soon. We had some serious problems with PayPal due to 2 same orders. They simply reverse payment as they thought it was made by mistake (because they were identical). After days of explaining, they allowed us to proceed. Our DC is preparing servers for now, which have 32GB Ram, and are ultra fast, and as always - 100% uptime.
Until then we will delay premiere and advertising campaign of our official website. So our lifetime offer has been extended for another few days.

All someone has to do is contact the Dutch cops, make a complaint of criminal activity (aangifte) in the case of copyright infringement, and they will either get you to shut down the website, and if you refuse they will raid your servers.

You are wrong in how law in Netherlands works.
Only person that can ask cops to shut down website is Copyright owner.
DMCA do not work in Europe, and "friendly tip to cops" will not work in Netherlands at all.
Unless you are not the owner of rights to something, you can do nothing about it.

Small update - I have Linux VPS server being installed now. Hopefully in few hours I will set everything up, and we will be able to open up. Let just install everything, and configure some tweaks.

4 What resources are allowed for a reseller account? What happens when I use too much CPU/RAM?

1) We will never shut you down man. We are not Hostgator. We will simply let you know, and ask to upgrade when that happens.

2) Yes. Pay once, enjoy forever. Few more days, as I am finishing setting up our VPS server now. After that, promotion is over. How can I do it? You spread good word about this hosting, you buy extra accounts, and this allows me to cover cost of this promotion. This offer is only for Hosting, not VPS.

3) Yes, they are per month.

4) We will ask you to upgrade to VPS then. We are looking really into people using to much resources, and same affecting other users. But our servers have 8GB Ram, and 12Ghz CPU, so no worries, you can use more than with Hostgator...

5) We do not allow separate IPs ATM. This is to protect our IPs range.

6) Sorry, only $149 left.

Thy will allow any domain registration, and they will ignore complaints.
You need to understand no hosting will post on their website "Hey, we support copyright!".
