Lots of blogs have the date by the comment so it would be possible in that respect. If you are talking about links in general of any type whatsoever, a person could compare pages in various page caches that the search engines and other web caches keep and take a good guess at the date a link showed up on a site. I would probably go so far to say it would be nearly impossible to hide the date that anything on the internet happened if you are doing it in publicly viewable places. I don't just mean links, I mean posts, web page changes, comments, theme changes on a site, etc..

Yes, I provide 2 reports. One is a .txt file that is a list of the links, the other is an Excel file that is more detailed.
