Honestly I am not sure about how many class-c IP's are involved, it is a large list of domains / URLs in a random pick system so it would have to be a lot of IP's I would think. I will see if I can find a way to analyze that, it would be useful info for me to have anyway.

The links are distributed fairly evenly through the list you give me, BUT if you do the same link multiple times in the list it will be picked more often than the other links in the list. I have done this on campaigns for other people and have gotten the results that I think you are looking for.
