Permanently Closed Marketplace Sales Thread

I am in the same boat. two problems actually. I clicked the "Buy two Get One FREE" button and was instructed that after checkout I would have the opportunity to select my free service but that never happened. Also, I have not recieved an email or any communication from the service. I have not been able to specify any keywords or other parameters for the SEO campaign.
Also, a somewhat concering fact is there is no contact info on the site at all and I cannot PM here even because I dont have enough posts on the forums.
