I have received the websites.

I've just quickly reviewed the sites and they look good. Clear HTML sites, and they do not look spammy. It is also easy to customize. It is not necessary because there are already good. It is also good for people who can not create or edit websites (like me). These sites are made for google.

The most important addition: the keywords and the articles are perfect.

1. Upload to your webhost
2. Create a domain with your main keyword.
3. Use google adsense. Promote your website.
4. PROFIT!

Did you read through the questions I have answered?

Yes, the template is boring because it is not supposed to be distracting for Adsense! Your not going to choose a template with pictures, fonts and designs that will distract them from the ads.

There is no measure of work that I can set, it is just not possible. All I can say is the people that have seen or used my work are happy with it.
