I need to get a website built that is similar to:

http://nomadrestaurant.com

There are two different websites on the domain above so you can get a feel for the concept.

The website is for a Mediterranean Restaurant and needs to have a 10-15 second flash intro which the visitor can skip if need be.

I am not sure if it can be done as a wordpress site because if changes need to be made in the future to the site, would I be able to go in and alter some of the text?

Could you please send me a message with ow to proceed and if you will be able to build a similar website. I appreciate your help and look forward to hearing back from you.
