Well its no hidden fact any more, I am now officially Jeff's biggest fan!
First of all I am paypal banned from when I just started trading on ebay (I tried to sell china goods). Jeff has been able to cater for my situation. He did have a account with Google alert all ready so all things were good, but then we had some small problems with that he took the time to sign up with alert pay. This act alone should give you an idea of the kind of customer service you can expect from this gentleman! As you may or may not know most service providers only offer Paypal because its the most popular and won't bother signing up to other online payment merchants.
I won't go into too much details about what he has done, but Jeff has gone way above the customer service standard line and I would recommend him to ANYONE and EVERYONE for that alone!
Now for the xrumer skills!
I believe his Xrumer Service is up there with the Best of The Best Online ... PERIOD!
I have tried many xrumer service but the one I always come back to is Jeff's!

I took a brand new site that I used countless various SEO service (around $300) and I had almost no real SERP movement. I was not even in the 1000 for a lot of the top keywords.
When I first bought one of his packages, I went to around page 40-60 on the real tough keywords "14.million competition" and "3 million competition" type of keywords.
When I ordered another blast from him I went to around page 20!
Third package I ordered I went to around page 12.
Then I ordered another blast from him and I got to page 5 and 3.
For all my smaller keywords his services has taken me to page 1-3 on pretty ALL of those keywords!
TRUST ME THIS IS THE BEST XRUMER SERVICE
I normally never leave detailed feedback because either A, I dont want to share my good sources and have to wait to get in a order (I know bit selfish), or B a service does not impress me enough. I have decided to share my experience with the community because this guy under appreciated, so you guy should take advantage of this sublime service while you can !
I am earning around $3 - $10 per day from adsense alone thanks to Jeff's excellent xrumer'ing!
If I land on first page for my 2 main keywords I know I will be earning at least $30 - 50 per day!
The reason I have not bought the last blast, is because my domain name is a bit brand related. So If I do get the site on to first page for xxx.xxx - x.xxxxxx (exact search) keywords, it will be just so that I can get a better price when I put the site for sale on flippa.
I won't go in into too much details regarding my site, but as far as excellent service and excellent customer is concerned Jeff gets a star plus in my book anytime!

10 / 10 for communication
