The answer to that is that if there are no privies shown, adult language, anatomical parts named it should be fine. A good way to look at it is that you would be comfy showing the site to your 12 year old nephew, niece etc.

for 24,000 visitors its about 200-300 per day. To get 1,000 per day you will need to order 100K.

What do you suggest I use to track traffic?

Excellent question!

Google Analytics suck at it, mainly because these are redirected traffic and most people put the tracking code too far down. Remember that these redirect visitors may click off within 3-5 secs if they realize that they are not in the correct website and don't see anything interesting. So this is not captured by tracking.

Best to use raw server logs. Webstats work very well.
