Hi Rickydzines, thanks for pointing that out. The rate card is inherited from the previous biz owner. It works marvelously well for everyone. I regularly have promos on BHW which, if you order 100K would give you 120K traffic or more sometimes. But if you were to order in pieces you won't get that 20K

Just for the benefit of customers - I usually check the URL, if I'm not sure that it conforms with TOS I will let you know. However please note that for campaigns that we start and the URL has been changed such that it does not conform to TOS - I reserve to the right not to refund in accordance to my supplier's TOS. There has been cases where customers changed their site to serve porno vids and illegal stuff after approval.
