As i don't have a copy of CLAD. I'm not sure about the usage in CLAD. Would you plz guide CLAD users here by posting a procedure of using captchaNOW in CLAD ?

Is there a time frame for the service to be back online? I've sent several emails and none have been answered. I set up the account over a week ago and haven't been able to use it once. A little professionalism would be nice. Let me know when I can expect to use your services or get a refund.
