Looking for 2 things

1) A VCC to create a new US Verified Premier Paypal account
2) Verifying an old US Premier account that is active but sending limit has been limited as CC on file has expired.

Accounts to be used for collecting payments from clients. Nothing illegal, all legal web design work payment.

Anyway, If you are still here I'm interested in the Facebook VCCs, let me know if they are still available. I also want to talk about reloadable VCCs for FB so I can use a voucher and then pay a little more.

Im not very used to VCCs

For example to activate an adwords account the VCC costs 15$ but does it have any money on it?

Or are all these just for verification purposes with no money?
