for the last couple of days, everything down, several vps's and a deid server....email, vcc's the lot.

Up until this morning I was told that the server was lost along with the data on it. This caused quite a headache as it is data I dont want to de dissapearing and obviously we need things like vps's and dedi servers to be able to offer these services safely

now I understand that this doesn't compensate for me not letting you know whats happening and I apologise. Please understand this was not for any malicious reasons, only the fact that I've been busy trying to deal with this mishap.

I seem to be lucky cos I've been on with support (who I can say nothing but kind words about...they look after me!) and my server is back online.

All orders will be filled asap.

If anybody who ordered would prefer a refund please let me know. I understand your reasons for asking

I'm a newbie, so sorry in advance if the answer to this is well-known. I need a verified PayPal account to make payments to US- and Swedish-based companies. I see that I can order an Asian-based verified PayPal account. Question is, how do I add money to it? Will the US-based GreenDot MoneyPaks work (Googled it and couldn't find an answer)? Or do I need one of the reloadable VCC's you offer? (Sorry for posting instead of PM'ing, but as a newbie, I don't have enough posts to PM...)
