My Review:

I was initially looking to buy the Small Fox package from OP, since my campaigns are a mix of grayhat and blackhat, and I wanted to test it out first. However, OP kept recommending the Smart Tiger package. To build trust, I still decided to start with the Small Fox. Unfortunately, my account got suspended right away for circumventing policy. This happened again multiple times—about five suspensions in total—which left me feeling frustrated and exhausted.


Despite this, OP continued suggesting the premium Smart Tiger package. Eventually, I decided to give it a try since it also included campaign management. With this package, I didn’t have to worry about anything—my campaign went live within just 40 minutes after purchasing the account. I sent him $2,000 for the "Smart Tiger" option.
He gave me an account, launched one campaign, was banned, he sent me another invite, launched campaign - approved.
He should add a budget now but he hasn't. Disappeared.
By his words, the $2,000 I can use also to spend on ads. Which is weird, he took no commission.

I've exported full chat history of our Telegram chat. If he doesn't reply, I'll post it here or give to mods/admins.

What made me worry is the following:
