I have been using this cloaker for about a month now; this cloaker has been giving me very steady results with Google ads & GDN ads. I am yet to try it out on YouTube. Pinterest ads got through quickly. I don't do FB or TikTok ads, so I am not sure how this will fair out on those platforms, but with the javascript fingerprinting activated, google is easy.

Support is fantastic; they even set up a few campaigns initially for me when I was playing around. Try it out for someone looking for a cloaker that does the job with g ads.
 
This might be worth an alternative or maybe better. I might give it a try.
