I get an invalid program error when I try to sign in.

The only way to get it to work is reset the password each time which is frustrating.

I wanted to follow up with you on this as I got an update, we couldn't find any issues on our end with new or existing accounts not being able to sign in and having to reset their password in order to do so.

The invalid program error is when you do not select the program to which you want to login to. We have made that error more clear on what you need to do when it occurs in the future.
