Good luck for sales.

I haven't tried monetizing the subreddit yet as I've decided to sell the subreddit when it reaches a certain number of members and has consistently high traffic as it is the case now.

This means that I will give a potential buyer a clean and well-maintained subreddit where no affiliate links or other promotions have been carried out on my part.

However, if there should be no buyer in the future, then of course I will monetize the subreddit myself.

Regarding your concerns:

This is normal with organic traffic.
Some days or weeks are stronger than others but the traffic has been constant for months. A constant high traffic was one of my priorities before I decided to list it on BHW.

Yes, the subreddit is setup with the auto-mod to catch and auto-remove spam links and spam accounts.

I also wrote my own code to have a smarter auto-mod that recognizes links of known phishing sites so that they get immediately and automatically blocked and therefore not published.
