This VA service has been tested by the marketplace moderation team to ensure that it meets the standards for the marketplace. The service has been checked to ensure that it can deliver what it advertised and in accordance to its TAT or in a timely manner if no TAT was provided.

Information For Buyers:

1. How many hours are they commiting for the 'month'? What does their workday look like?

2. Do your VAs have any bots they can use or software that is already provided to them, or do we need to provide it?

3. Can you elaborate what 'Management of costs' means?

4. What kind of Social Media assistance do they provide?

I'm sure there will be more questions, but these were first I could think of.

Hello, thanks for the questions. I'll be glad to answer these.

1. The standard working hours per month are 160 - i.e. 8hrs a day Mon-Fri
2. No, they don't have any bots. However, they can be trained to use any bot provided by you.
3. It's related to finance section as to provide the accountancy services.
4. Social Media Assistance includes creating content for your social media (using Canva), scheduling posts, replying to DMs and comments.

Hello, they can adapt to majorly every time zone. Moreover, the VAs are from Asia with fluency in English language.
