I tried the 4$ trial plan and I am satisfied with the results. Currently waiting for the link juice to pass on to my article.
Web 2.0 Link Metrics : I got 6 web 2.0 links to an article on my site among which 3 links are fresh and free of any spam score. The last 3 links have some moz spam score but that's good for natural link diversity. Although I would suggest to choose more reputed root domains for these web 2,0 links in future like blogger, wordpress, etc.
Article Quality : Each link had an unique article posted with readable content which is 80-90% relevant to my niche/target post.
Anchor Text Relevance : Anchor texts used were exact match for my post title and their placement was kind of haphazard in all the links. My suggestion would be to try and diversify the anchor texts in the future.
Seller Responsiveness : Top notch. He gave me timely updates at every step till completion.

Overall I am satisfied with his service. After getting some high authority links and guest posts I would be buying web 2.0 services from his to diversify my link profile.
