Can I add any country CC & bank account for funding those accounts or do they have to be specifically from the country it was built from?

this doesn't make any sense at all....
first you say it's unlimited daily budget but then you say: billing is limited by 250$/day.
it's either unlimited daily budget or 250/day... which is it?

You can use a payment method convenient for you (CC or BA). We do not recommend using payments that were previously used in other accounts and did not pay billing.

Verified BM has unlimit daily budget.
50/250 - it is spend limits. FB will ask for the first withdrawal of funds after using this limit.
 
Can I re-sell these op? if these BMs are already verified meaning you cant attached a new domain right?

CourceYou can re-sell BM. Use invite links for it.

You can add any domain and customize the pixel in BM.

You are providing incorrect information.
As mentioned earlier, there was a problem with the account that was used for Verification. It was stolen. BM was also stolen with it.
We apologized to you and offered to replace the product with another BM. You refused.
The offer is still valid. As soon as you make your decision, let us know.
