Usually, we use 2-3% of the keyword density of the main focused keyword but in this review article, we were not provided related or long tail keywords, so optimized with main keyword.

You can write use the related keywords or other modifications looking for, we will do it! So for a buyer keep this in mind and provide him the details accordingly
