I received a reivew copy of the service and overall I'm happy with the service.

Proxies were reliable and I managed to use them around IG without problems, speed was also on par so I assume they could perform well for scrapping too.

Only bad things I can think of is the lack of an API and more location choices. Nevertheless if those are not important to you, you may find a reliable service here.
