hey guys am I missing something here?

if I get like the 10k traffic package for 10 bucks and then send it to adfly or one of those services for instance, that pays you $4 per 1k visitors, won't that make like $4x10=$40? isn't that traffic arbitrage at its finest?

anyone could provide an insight please? coz it just seems easy money;-)
