In my case they don't click they stay max 2 pages and less than 10s. They must use a special browser that pull them from a website to another and give them some money for that.
The only thing that is good with that is for those who have cpm ads or if you want to raise your alexa rank. Don't expect to make any money of that.
But the Alexa rank improve fast
