I am just asking you to take a Screenshot of the letter you received from GOOGLE and paste it here (the same letter which you posted in your above post) . It will hardly take your 2 minutes .

It happens because there are legal reasons your video cannot be shown in certain countries. This may be due to some countries' own legal restrictions (e.g. Nazi propaganda is illegal in many European countries, especially Germany) or licencing problems (e.g. the owner of some of the music used in the video may not wish, or not be allowed to, distribute that music in those countries)

One of my adsense accounts ONLY (no other traffic) used for this traffic campaign was disabled, despite using DMR. so, was saying be careful with your cloaking.
