Used your contact form on the website to contact the support about not scraping and you still didn't respond. It's been a week for sure. Can you go ahead and check if you got anything there?

The ScrapeBox discount link is http://www.scrapebox.com/bhw for $67 for a lifetime license.

There's no support emails from a week ago that have not been done. Please check your spam folder to ensure our reply didnt go to spam. Also when using the contact form double check there's no typos when entering your address, daily we type out replies only to have them bounce due to typos entered in to the contact form, spam filtering bouncing mail, users with full mailbox's etc.

Just sent you another using the contact from on the website.

Private and No Proxies. Whats weird, is i created a custom grabber with Regex to grab the social links instead and it runs fine all night long. Its just not as tidy and requires a good bit of clean up.

I'm not running any security software. Maybe its a modem thing, but it doenst make sense why it works on the custom grabber and not the social scraper. Same amount of threads.
Ive lost track of what you tried, you tried a hotfix I mentioned, was it this one?

If not try that one. It honestly doesn't make sense to me how 1 would work like that and not the other. From a windows point of view the sockets are the same.

Again Ive lost track, did you try whitelisting the addon in all security software? Because the addons are stand alone programs, they only get proxies and licensing info from Scrapebox. So it could cause an issue with 1 addon and not something else.

Hi
For Expired Domain Plugin discount available ?

There is a bundle discount, but the expired domain finder is already about the same or less then 1 month of many other similar tools and they charge you monthly. In other words its dirt cheap already, so there is no other discount.

Please find the screenshot, I am running 8 Pro
As Soft touch noted, you have a 64bit processor, but you only have a 32bit windows installed. It does look like your trying to run the 64bit version on your machine.

So try downloading the 32bit version or you could upgrade your OS to 64bit, but thats of course a bigger task.

here is the link to download the 32bit version

Hi @loopline, thanks for all your help so far. So I've got a VPS now and running ScrapeBox on it. I tested things out and I was still getting the same problems so I determined that it must be the proxies that I was using.

I asked for new proxies from the proxy provider and tried them out. Did the same kind of search (site: blogspot.com mykeyword) with 30s delay using all 10 proxies and it only went through 9 keywords and same errors. Waited 48 hours to try again and used 300s delay (5 mins) using all 10 proxies and it seemed to work but after 24 keywords none of the proxies were working...

Am I just getting bad proxies from my proxy provider that have been banned an excessive amount of times so Google is super quick to ban them? Or maybe it's because I'm using them to search until the last page on all of them (1000 results, but they all return less because they reach the end of the results) and because they're very similar searches like "site: blogspot.com my keyword phrase given" and "site: blogspot.com my keyword phrase taken" for terms that have <1k searches per mo? Is Google quicker to ban these sort of searches in your experience or should I look into a different proxy provider? Would backconnect proxies work better for this?

Getting frustrated that I'm only getting a handful of results over a long time and getting banned while I keep seeing videos of people seemingly instantly getting a ton of results without problems.

I don't know for sure if google will ban quicker on these types of searches, they may well do so.

Back connect may work better. I mean "IF" you can find a provider that can supply you with a lot of back end ips that are google passed, then sure, they will work great. But thats the key, finding ones that have back end ips that are not blocked, you can try and see.

As for scraping, if you go to settings >> connections timeouts and other settings >> more harvester options >> proxy change internval - what is this set at? Try setting it to something like 10, also you can try like 3 and then max it out. Does 1 work better then the other? I think this may well have to do with it.

Hmmm, darn. I was hoping you'd have some insight into this.

I guess I'll have to try going even slower... it seems excessive but I guess it's my only option. I've had moderate success with just using public proxies so I might just get the automator plugin to keep harvesting those so I can always search. Seems a waste to barely be able to use my paid proxies though.

It is currently set to 1 but it also says proxy change interval is only for custom harvester. I'm using the detailed harvester so I figured it wouldn't change anything. With the proxies getting banned and having to wait 2 days inbetween testing it's taking a while to try out different things.

Is anything up with scrapebox? Since yesterday i can´t access the license servers. Scrapebox worked before and i haven´t changed anything at my pc.

Hi loopline, I'm interested in purchasing Yellow Pages Scraper plugin and I'd like to know, if as of today's date this plugin is able to scrape emails from YellowPages.com.au ? Thanks in advance for your response.

No, servers 1 and 2 are the license servers, pingdom shows full up and they work for me
http://stats.pingdom.com/vz0wm9714wj5

But if an anti-virus, malware checker, firewall etc.. updated its definition files it could not be blocking scrapebox from accessing the servers.

Make sure you whitelist scrapebox in all security software and you can try closing down any unneeded programs.

Thanks for your input, I was wondering if the plugin is able to scrape emails effectively from yellowpages.com.au since there is a new data protection captcha implemented on that site which activates itself quite often.

You may just need more proxies or a higher delay or both. Also the AU version of yellow pages often geo bans ips that are not from AU in the first place. Its tricky to be sure but with enough ips it should work. Also you can run the retries up for the proxies.
